  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay updated on our product offerings, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to the development of FAQ documents and customer support resources.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Shopify).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for fashion and jewelry is highly desirable.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones to cater to our international customer base.
