Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and online sales.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
Plan and execute creative content calendars and ad campaigns.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Optimize campaigns for performance, targeting, and budget efficiency.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Perform keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are met.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive repeat purchases.
Analyze email performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and ad platform dashboards.
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve ROI.
Collaborations and Partnerships:
Work with influencers and affiliates to expand reach and increase conversions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role.
Proven success managing PPC campaigns and social media ads.
Skills:
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
Knowledge of SEO principles and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
Graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Knowledge of retargeting and audience segmentation strategies.
